Our client, a Kelowna based company, established in 1991 is looking to grow their team by adding a Regional Manager for their Lower Mainland operations. This position will be responsible for the safe and cost-effective delivery of products, services and sales to clients, customers and associates.

As the Regional Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of your territory and contracts. You will work closely with upper management

to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. You will plan and coordinate all contracts in your territory, including overseeing contractors and working with clients.


• The role will require a variation of hours to accommodate the types of work and travel is required to facilitate and deliver the expectations of the areas.

• Territory is Vancouver Island to Hope and all in between.

• This role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of business results within the region and report directly and work with the Director of Operations in the development of goals and objectives to continually grow and develop regional sales, markets and profitability.

• This role will be expected to learn, understand and grow the products, services and sales within the region while managing both employees and contracted services to deliver the expectations and scope of work defined within our client contracts and additional works as offered.

• This role will be expected to maintain an active interface with clients and their representatives to better understand their needs, address their concerns and to provide them with opportunities to learn more of the products and services you can offer in the goal of providing improvements and cost-effective alternatives.

• This role will be expected to maintain an active interface with our major associates and sub-contractors to ensure they are providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring they are acting in the best interests of the company in achieving our goals and objectives.

• This role will be expected to be travelling to and from our head office (or other office locations) throughout your assigned area on a basis that ensures you maintain regular face to face interactions with our client representatives, associates and sub-contractors as appropriate.

• This role will be expected to continually update your knowledge on our business practices, products, services and business model development.

• This role will effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, professional manner and on an ongoing basis.

• This role will provide constant follow up with trades and consultants to achieve project goals are completed in a timely manner.

• This role will deliver projects in a safe, timely, profitable manner while maintaining the highest level of quality in the industry.

• This role will work closely with internal clients to ensure a team approach to project delivery so that all units are delivered as per business plan deficiency targets.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Operations


• Minimum 10 years' experience in (any) construction, facilities maintenance, general contracting or road maintenance capacity.

• Civil or Mechanical Engineering Diploma would be considered an asset

• Project Management Diploma or Certificate is required

• Desire to join a dynamic, hard-working team and to take an active role in the success of this growing organization.

• Strong understanding of the current construction services environment.

• Familiar with construction sub-trade practices and work.

• Demonstrated skills and understanding of the role as a facilitator and problem solver.

• Natural ability to multi-task within a fast paced workplace.

• Results-oriented including concern and attention to budgets, schedules, quality levels and customer satisfaction.

• Strong MS Office and computer skills.

• Highly organized with outstanding time-management skills.​
