We are recruiting a Project Administrator for our Kelowna client. This role will be responsible to assist with the administration coordination within manufacturing projects. This role works alongside Project Managers, Engineers and other technical and support members who help execute clients projects. 


• Coordinate project administrative and reporting activities for the project team

• Entering of data into Excel and databases.

• Coordinate Project schedule

• Act as administrative focal point for the PM by coordinating with the Technical Team, Accounting, Document Control, and Administration Teams

• Assemble reports, memos and other documents for the PM and project leads as required, or help coordinate the completion of said documents

• Organize and attend team / technical meetings and take meeting minutes if required

• Coordinate reports, expenses, invoices, billings, etc.

• Work with approved formats and templates, prepares reports, forms, tables, PowerPoints, spreadsheets and correspondence

• Perform other administrative and clerical duties or assumes additional responsibilities as required


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and cooperate with others

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

• Ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner

• Ability to work as a part of a team

• Ability to apply judgment to the applications of policies and procedures

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines

• A Business College Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent with preferably two or more years of administrative experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
