We are hiring a Part-Time Accounts Payable & Receivables Clerk for a well-established Kelowna client. This role will be responsible for maintaining transactions and working closely with the management team to help manage cash flow related processes.


• Manage and maintain all aspects of payroll verification

• Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments

• Prepare and disburse invoices to customers

• Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer

• Reconcile transactions with statements

• Maintain an accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.

• Offer creative budget, cash flow and other financial solutions as needed

• Assisting with other accounting related activities as needed


• 3+ years of AP/AR or Bookkeeping experience required

• Possessing a degree in business or accounting related field is an asset

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work-related documents

• Strong administrative and organizational skills are required

• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50) and MS Office Suites will be highly sought after

• Ability to be flexible and confident, as well as being able to work independently
