Our Kelowna client, a small professional organization is growing their team and are looking for an Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant/Junior Executive Assistant to take ownership of the role and become a vital part of the team. They are looking for a candidate who enjoys working independently and can thrive in a busy office.


  • Engaging and assisting client inquires and calls
  • Providing timely responses to client requests and maintaining compliance standards in all files
  • Helping to improve team productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist or in another relevant administrative role

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Working knowledge of office equipment
