Our client, that specializes in office systems, is looking to add a New Business Development Representative to their dynamic and growing team. In this role, the ideal candidate will enjoy selling value and stand behind a strong brand, service, and quality products. If you think you are a driven and aggressive sales representative who thrives on finding and being in front of new clients, then this is the role for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing new accounts by calling on new businesses and informing them of the products.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM as to visited clients and potential clients.
• Call and follow-up on potential leads.
• Ability to describe the differences of various products.
• Understand and respond to the differing needs of your clients.
• Follow-up after sales take place to ensure the client is satisfied.
• Identifying clients in a territory from Lake Country to West Kelowna.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School & Post-secondary education is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling over the phone and face to face
• Activity driven individual with a consultative approach
• Prior experience selling tangible products
• Experience working with CRM and strong software skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven attitude with an ability to convert leads into sales
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
