Our Kelowna client in the manufacturing industry is looking to add an experienced Customer Service Administrator to their team. This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide solutions, be proactive, and to be able to communicate with all clients and operations individuals. The ideal candidate will go “Above the Rest” to ensure all customers and team members are supported.


• Administrative duties and overseeing the day to day office functions

• Inventory/Sales: Support with product costings & work orders

• Customer Service: Supports the Service department with calls, emails, placing service & RMA parts orders, reports


• Ability to problem-solve – “think quick / on the spot”

• Multitasking

• Exceptional Customer service skills

• Organization and open to change

• 2-3 years in an office administration or operations role

• Post-Secondary education in business or related field

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
