Our client is looking to add an Autoplan Customer Service Representative to their energetic, hardworking team. They require an enthusiastic, confident, customer service orientated team player. The ideal individual will assist the insurance team in managing Autoplan & Personal Insurance for valued clients. This is a varied role, which would see the successful candidate dealing with renewals, payments, answering any client queries in office or over the phone and overall supporting the team and office.


• Responsible for autoplan and personal insurance needs of clients and prospective clients

• Reviewing policy documents for accuracy

• Fielding customer and broker inquiries via phone and in person

• Providing friendly, professional service

• Processing associated paperwork

• Answering the phones

• Ordering supplies for office

• Accepting payment

• Arranging Couriers

• Other associated duties


• Level I General or Auto Insurance License is preferred

• 2+ years in prior customer service role

• Positive attitude

• Efficient with a team spirit attitude

• Paying attention to the little things that make a big difference

• Ability to multi-task and get stuff done

• Working behind the scenes to ensure an exceptional customer experience
