Our Kelowna client is looking to hire an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with their major national companywide account.


The Account Manager's role is an in-office position and the main responsibility is to oversee their partner's salesforce in the United States, oversee existing accounts and will work collaboratively with the reps across the country to engage and educate them on their products and services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives

· Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers

· Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience

· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealer accounts and stakeholders

· Negotiate dealer agreements and process orders to maximize profits

· Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries

· Communicate with one-on-one or in large groups with video online tools such as Zoom and Skype

· Build strong client relationships, through regular communication

· Report on the status of accounts

· Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction

· Communicate product and pricing details clearly

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

· Handle technical requests from clients and provide product solutions and suggestions to clients

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts

· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

· Have a flair for client communication and strong communication skills both verbal and written

· Ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.

· Must be confident, possess a strong technical mindset and ability to handle technical requests

· Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Inside Sales Representative or relevant role

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and interact with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

· Familiar with CRM software and MS Office

· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

· Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
