Our Kelowna client is looking to add a new Service Coordinator to their busy team. This position is responsible for all aspects of service including scheduling service and maintenance calls between technicians and clients, ordering of products, inventory control, warranty issues, client profile set up, customer service functions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work.


  • Customer Service responsibilities
  • Works with customers to understand the scope of service projects
  • Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing
  • Manages process and ensures materials are ordered and provided to technicians
  • Responsible for schedules of technicians
  • Ensures accurate records of all service calls are maintained
  • Tracks and maintains records of warranty work
  • Ordering of parts and overseeing of inventory


  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • High School degree required; additional education is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills.
  • Exhibits the ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
  • Works well with a team.
  • Demonstrates an ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanour.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Is able to multi-task effectively.
